Shipping policy

Most items in the store are made-to-order with a shipping window of 7-14 days, but may differ depending on the time of year (i.e. around holidays, sales, etc). Feel free to reach out at contact@threadandember.shop to determine an exact shipping time frame. Thread and Ember, typically, does not ship outside of the USA. We offer free local pick-up (Castle Rock, CO), flat rate shipping ($6), and free shipping over a specific threshold. All items will be shipped either through UPS or USPS.
